General Questions

We have noticed that most of the companies who buy property for cash and rent back pay the sellers legal fees, why don’t you?
We hear on the grapevine that if we tell some of our friends/family about your services and they go on to sell their property to you we/l will receive a generous commission payment?
What will happen if we are renting back from you and your company goes bust, will we be evicted or have we got a legal right to stay in the property and will the new incoming landlord pay the rent rebate?
What will happen if l/we want to buy back the property after the 3 year period is up, how much deposit will be required and will you hike the price of the property up, how will we arrange a mortgage?
Will the rent increase during the three year renting period, and if so by how much, and how often will it happen?
What will happen if l/we fall behide with the rent will we be evicted, will you buy our property even if we don’t want to stay and rent, can we maybe stay a couple of months until we find somewhere to buy?
Are their impossible conditions to meet to qualifying for your rebate scheme, what do l/we get if we only stay renting from you for 1 or 2 years, can we stay longer than the 3 year deal?
What discount rate will you purchase my property at, and why don’t you buy at market value?
We have never heard of Sell2Stay, or of any Company offering to rebate rent?
